This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 and 2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.74 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the F.I.R has been closed as further action dropped on 27.06.2016.
