This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.12.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the case has been registered in Crime No.35 of 2018, under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) I.P.C., and Sections 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
