O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 16378 of 2019, dated 12.11.2019 by the contemnor/respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that based on the directions passed by this Court, due enquiry was conducted pursuant to the order, dated 06.05.2019 in Crl.M.P. No. 3594 of 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Aruppukkottai and after conducting enquiry the same was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

3. Today, the respondent/contemnor is present and he submitted that he has not made any contempt and he has duly complied with the order passed by this Court, dated 12.11.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 16378 of 2019.
