Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued in S.C.No.17 of 2014 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 366 (a) and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual harassment Act on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been regularly attending the court and on 15.06.2015, he could not attend the court due to serious illness and on that day, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against him.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunevlei District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail, except on those days by filing a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C, by assigning valid reasons. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
