(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Petition has been directed against the sale notice, dated 13.12.2021, issued by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf respondent No.3, on instructions, submitted that the auction was put off for want of bidders.

3.Since the auction date is already over, nothing survives for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
