ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondent to issue gun licence to safe guard his personal life, based on his representation dated 03.04.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that on receipt of the application from the petitioner seeking gun licence, the respondent rejected the application by order dated 11.04.2023.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
