RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.2841 of 2019 dated 15.03.2019 in connection with the Cr.No.46/2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thallakulam, Madurai City forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.KARTHIKEYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.2841 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.2841 of 2019 on 15/03/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.2841 of 2019 on 15/03/2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
