This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.108 of 2020 registered on the file of Kuruvikulam Police Station.

2. Mr.Ganesan defacto-complainant is present in person before me. He has been duly identified by Mr.Selvaraj, Sub-Inspector of Police attached to Kuruvikulam Police Station. Mr.Ganesan has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1537 of 2021 When the case is not a serious one, it would be futile to keep the prosecution alive. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
