ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to give police protection to cut and remove the Karuvel trees in the property bearing S.No.25/1D, measuring 3 acres 74 cents in Thalambadi Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, enabling the petitioner to comply the Government order on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents.
