ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the fourth respondent have jointly did a real estate business and since, some misunderstanding arose between them, the petitioner gave a complaint against the fourth respondent and after enquiry, the said complaint has been closed by the second respondent, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter, the fourth respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the third respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner without territorial jurisdiction.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that so far, no complaint has been received against the petitioner by the respondents 1 to 3 and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.With the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
