PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl MP(MD) No.231 of 2019 in Crl OP(MD)No.19732 of 2018 dated 10.01.2019 on the file of this Honble Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.19732 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19732 of 2018 on 28/11/2018 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitionera tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.19732 of 2018 on 28/11/2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
