This Criminal Original Petition is filed to change the investigation agency to any other appropriate investigating agency in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. This case involving a counter case in which the petitioner is also been arrayed as accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is almost completed.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though eight persons have been named, only three of them have been named in the F.I.R.

5. Since the investigation is almost completed, this Court is not inclined to give direction as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the final report is filed, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
