ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a business in the name and style of Abirami Hardwares at Eriyoudu Road, Ayyalur Town, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District as a tenant. He further submitted that the second respondent is the owner of the said building and the respondents 3 and 4 are his sons. He further submitted that the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.3 lakhs as advance and since, the respondents 2 to 4 are trying to evict the petitioner by force, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.

286 of 2013, on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Vedasanthur and the said suit is pending and that being so, the respondents 2 to 4 gave a false complaint before the first respondent and based on the said complaint, the first respondent is compelling the petitioner to vacate the premises. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the first respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner was not at all called upon for any enquiry and the alleged harassment is false. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
