This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15673 of 2023 which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 14.12.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 12.02.2024. On such payment, Registry is directed to restore the Criminal Original Petition on file.
