ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.136 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is alleged that the petitioners threatened the defacto complaiannt with dire consequences and attempted to attack him and thereby caused injuries to the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a false complaint has been lodged against the petiitoners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there was wordy quarrel and none sustained injury in this case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.
