ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to instruct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and her children.

Inspector of Police in Sipcott Police Station, Thoothukudi District, has trespassed into the house of the petitioner on 14.01.2018 and 17.01.2018 and damaged the doors, windows and household articles and criminally intimated the petitioner by mentioning her caste name. He further submitted that the petitioner does not know the whereabouts of her husband, but the fourth respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that against the petitioner's husband, three cases are pending including one murder case. He further submitted that the history sheet has been prepared in the year 2017 against the petitioner's husband and hence, the petitioner has lodged a false complaint and after the enquiry, the said complaint has been closed. He further submitted that the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
