ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in M.C.No.4 of 2014 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing learned counsel on both sides submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in the mediation centre. The Mediation Report dated 18.02.2015 is also produced before this Court.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 is also closed.
