ORDER

The short prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioner for the assessment years 2011-12 and 2013-14 dated 21.03.2014 and 21.01.2020 respectively.

2. Considering the fact that the appeals have been pending before the first respondent for a long time, this Court is of the view that it would be necessary to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
