2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are father and son and they are living in the very same house. He further submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner is aged about 75 years and there is some sort of trouble exists between himself and his son, namely, the fourth respondent.
3. In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4
29.09.2022, on its own merits by summoning the petitioner as well as the fourth respondents. The above said process may be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action may be taken either by the parties or by the concerned officials.
With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
