O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to direct the respondent police to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.264 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.264 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and laid the charge sheet, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.305 of 2015. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
