ORDER:This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Muniasamy Advocate for the Appellant the court made the following order. Going through the supporting affidavit, we find absolutely no reasons to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the writ appeal. This petition is dismissed.
