This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.63 of 2020 dated 08.01.2020 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni for complying the condition the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders.

2. This petition for direction has been filed before this Court directly without approaching the concerned court which has granted bail.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition. If the same is rejected by the concerned court, the petitioner can very well approach this Court.
