This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the charge sheet pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in C.C.No.189 of 2009. ` 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The case was listed on 27.07.2015 for admission. Thereafter, it was listed on one occasion. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is present and simply seeks adjournment. Till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner has no interest to proceed this matter. The pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.
