ORDER

The petitioner apprehends threat to his life and liberty at the hands of the third respondent. He further submitted that the complaint preferred by the petitioner is pending with the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that there was a civil dispute between the landlord of the petitioner and

one Chandrasekar. The landlord of the petitioner has earlier evicted the petitioner through legal process and delivery through Court has been obtained and thereafter, the third respondent has been inducted. Subsequently, by way of partition, the property came to be alloted to the third respondent. In the context of the prayer in this case, the learned counsel made a statement that the third respondent has never ever posed any threat to the petitioner endangering the life and liberty of the petitioner. 4.The said statement of the counsel for the private respondent is hereby recorded. Since there is no threat perception for the present, nothing survives for the present in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
