For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To grant an order of extension of time for a further period of two weeks in Crl.MP(MD)No.4361 of 2019 in Cr.M.P(MD)No.3342 of 2019 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2427 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19108 of 2018 dated 30.04.2019 passed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed seeking extension of time for a further period of two weeks in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4361 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3342 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2427 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19108 of 2018 dated 30.04.2019. 2.This is the fourth petition seeking extension of time. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, on 08.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19108 of 2018 directed the petitioner that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in obedience to the said order, the petitioner has

paid a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant and only balance amount has to be paid. Mentioning the said fact, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3342 of 2019 seeking extension of time. This Court by the order dated 08.04.2019 has extended two weeks time and even within the said extented time, the petitioner has not complied with the said condition. Hence, he filed present petition seeking further extension of time.

4.This court by the order dated 02.07.2019 extended time till 12.07.2019 and it was directed to post the matter on 15.07.2019. On 15.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 18.07.2019 directing the registry to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal". On that date the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to post the matter today ((I.e) 22.07.2019). Considering the said submission, the matter is posted today. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not able to comply with the condition. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
