This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is doing the business of selling dried chili, cotton, paddy etc., and one C.R.Doss, who is doing Commission business along with his son, Lakshmanan had approached the petitioner and represented that he is having godown and the petitioner can store the goods in his godown and believing his words, the petitioner has stored the aforesaid goods in their godown. He further submitted that the aforesaid persons claiming for Rs.12,57,033/- as commission for using their godown. But, actually the petitioner is not liable to pay such huge amount and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hence the petitioner refused to pay the said amount. However, the aforesaid persons have obtained signatures from the petitioner in blank stamp papers and also criminally intimidated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 22.12.2017, but, so far no action has been taken.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after the enquiry, the case has been closed on 03.02.2018. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
