PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time granted to the petitioner surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and furnishing sureties in Crl OP(MD)No.3360 of 2014 dated 24.02.2014. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.3360 of 2014, dated 24/02/2014, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
