O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute with regard to the property situated in old survey No.156/5, New Sy.Nos.156/9 and 156/10 to the extent of 6.68 acre at Thottappanayakkanur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a sale agreement was entered between the petitioner and the husband of the third respondent and father of the fourth respondent on 06.08.2010 in respect of certain agricultural lands and the said agreement has already expired. However, the respondents 3 and 4 gave a false complaint before the second respondent and compelled the petitioner to execute a sale deed. since already the agreement has become time barred, the respondents 3 and 4 have no right to compel the petitioner to execute the sale deed. He further submitted that even though this is a civil dispute, based on the said complaint, the second respondent is compelling the petitioner to execute the sale deed. Hence, this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has submitted that the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4 is still pending and he undertakes that the second respondent will dispose of the said complaint, after enquiry, if he finds that it is a civil nature. He further submitted that since already the petitioner was enquired, she will not be called again. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4 in accordance with law.
