ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order in IA.No. 84 of 2018 in AS.SR.No.5461 of 2018 dated 20.02.2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate would submit that against the decree passed by the trial Court, an appeal was preferred in A.S.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil. The matter was remitted back to the trial Court for fresh consideration by the judgment and decree dated 21.06.2022. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
