ORDER

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 03.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4120 of 2022. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4120 of 2022 on 03.03.2022, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for thirty three occasions.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4120 of 2022 on 03.03.2022 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Committal Court once in a month until further orders.
