ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.564 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the prosecution, the accused has committed theft of three sovereigns of gold chain on 11.07.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner and the defacto complainant have travelled in a bus, wordy quarrel arose between them and due to which, the defacto complainant has given a false complaint. He would further submit that the petitioner is a 53 years old lady and she is not having any previous case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation and also laid charge sheet and the petitioner has not bad antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichirappalli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
