Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner has been granted licence to operate a quarry at the petition mentioned property, which is a patta land. The petitioner alleges that some illegal elements are interfering with his business operation and he would also allege that the quarried mineral is being stolen. Therefore, he wants this Court to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection.
