ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 31.07.2023 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in CMA(CS).No.11 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thirunelveli.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the auction was already conducted and the sale certificate has also been issued to the concerned auction purchaser. But, the trouble arose at the time of registration. Since the Registrar refused to register the document stating that the said property was already under mortgaged.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the issue is almost redressed by way of stalling the registration process.

4. Whatever it may be, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Thirunelveli to dispose of the CMA(CS).No.11 of 2023 pending on his file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
