Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the pension to the petitioner with all other monetary benefits along with the calculated interest which the petitioner is legally entitled to as per the petitioner's service records.
