ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, challenging the impugned panel of B.T.Assistants/Tamil Pandits/Elementary School Headmaster fit for promotion to the post of Middle School Head Master issued by the Respondents 4 and 5 in his proceedings Nil dated 28.12.2021 (on the request of the petitioner it was furnished to her by the 4th respondent on 12.01.2022), insofar as the non inclusion of the petitioner's name is concerned and consequentially to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Master of the Middle School taking into consideration of the petitioner's seniority in the cadre of B.T.Assistant in terms of second proviso to Section 41(1) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.A.Shapna learned counsel for M/s.Ajmal Associates appearing for the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner does not wish to press the Writ Petition 3/6
and has circulated a letter in this connection. She had also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition.

Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents states that he had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
