PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District as S.C.No.337 of 2015 pending on his file and further direct the said learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District to complete the trial and dispose of the same. O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the case in S.C.No.337 of 2015 expeditiously.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence took place on 24.10.2013 and the case has been taken on file in the year 2015. But so far aforesaid case has not been disposed of.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that totally there are nine accused in the above case and the charge sheet has been filed under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 302, 109, 120-B and 506(ii) IPC. He further submitted that so far twenty five witnesses have been examined on the side of the prosecution and the case is posted for cross examination of the Investigation Officer.

4.Taking into consideration, of the submissions made on both sides the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.337 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
