PRAYER :- To extend the time for surrender and execution of sureties made in Crl.OP(MD)No.7284 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7284 of 2019, dated 29/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not

surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
