The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners without following due process of law.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint with the second respondent, against the petitioners and the same was enquired and closed on 24.01.2021. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
