This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case based upon the petition presented by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 30.01.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the respondents.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.08.2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
