To set aside the impugned judgment and decree passed dated 18.12.2020 in A.S.No.101 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Judge, Thirumangalam confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.210 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam dated 31.08.2018 and to allow the present second appeal.
