Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioners, on the basis of the representation made by them on 21.01.2021.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.21 of 2021. During the course of the enquiry, it was found that the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer irrespective of summons. The third respondent has also made an endorsement that he will work out his remedy before the Civil Court. Recording the submission of the third respondent, the petition enquiry was closed on 24.01.2021.

4. Recording the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petition enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
