ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining Calendar Case No.159 of 2014 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam and quash the same.

2.The matter was listed for admission on 27.07.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed for one occasion, in which, the petitioner simply took adjournment and finally it was listed today. 3.On perusal of records, it shows that till today, the matter has not been admitted and no notice was ordered to the respondents. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. This Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
