No.108 of 2018 within a time frame as fixed by this Court by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court in C.R.P.(MD). No.163 of 2021, dated 09.02.2021, and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town vide letter D.No.760/2022, dated 18/11/2022, this Court made the following order: The learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town sent a letter dated 18.11.2022 requesting further time of three months to dispose of RCOP.No.108 of 2018 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.02.2021.
2.Considering the reasons stated in the above letter a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of RCOP.No.108 of 2018.
