ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court by an order, dated 05.02.2021 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the credit of the society on or before 15.03.2021. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had produced the order copy of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.2359 of 2021, dated 15.03.2021, stating that the condition with regard to the payment of Rs.15,00,000/- alone has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. 2.Recording the same, no further order is necessary in this petition.
