PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the District Registrar (Administration) Madurai South in Na.Ka.No.9066/E1/2022 dated 25.11.2022 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and further direct the 1st respondent to take speedy action to supersede the tenure expired illegal management committee to curb their illegal functioning and appoint a special officer under Section 34A of the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, until new office bearers are elected in accordance with law.
