The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to provide priority token towards the petitioner's bull in the participation of event of Jallikattu 2023 on account of Tamilar Thirunaal of Thai Pongal conducted at places like Avaniapuram, Palamedu and Alanganallur of Madurai District by considering the application number registered in Jallikattn/2023/01023 within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission of by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
