This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to rectify the Document No. 5689/2024 dated 13.11.2024 as the Second Appeal Number in S.A.No. 1812/2002 instead of S.A.No. 1810/2002 and the Name of the decree executed in the name of Saraswathi, Thiruviyam and Venkatasubramanian instead of in the name of Honble Justice Soundar of Madras high Court Madurai Bench.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.12.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and counter party, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
