This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.1 of 2006 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the entire investigation has been completed and the first respondent has laid a charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same is not taken on file. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
