O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 12.05.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the proposed accused were partners and they were doing Mango business, during the said business, the proposed accused has received a sum of Rs.18,00,500/- and also he has obtained signatures in the blank papers, and the said person has not returned the said amount and also criminally intimidated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged on 12.05.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 21.01.2018, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court.
