ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.523 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 10.09.2016 in Crime No.523 of 2016, under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C., but, so far no final report has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, a case has been registered and the investigation has been done and the matter has been referred as "Mistake of Facts" on 12.09.2016 and the report also has been filed to that effect before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of reply, has submitted that no notice has been served on the petitioner, with regard to the filing of the final report.

directed to send RCS notice to the petitioner by RPAD within a week. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
